Details:
Following a major outage early yesterday morning (July 18), which was resolved just before 09:00 BST, all systems have now recovered and are running as normal. However, to conduct required investigations into the outage, planned downtime will be scheduled between the above dates and times.
Impact:
This maintenance window may cause some disruption, but is necessary following this morning's outage. These times have been chosen to minimize impact, reflecting off-peak usage of our API and client-facing systems.
