Why: This is part of sunsetting gloo in favor of EnvoyGateway

Impact: No downtime is expected. Routes in EnvoyGateway have already been pre-created and deployed before the maintenance. In case unexpected failure in one of these routes, servicepoints and servicepoints picker can become unavailable. The rollback procedure can take up to 3 minutes. We will be monitoring closely.
