Intersoft’s Tech Support team has scheduled a deployment on the iShipper platform to roll out new features and system enhancements. The maintenance window runs from 20:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT on 9 November 2026.
During this window, a short interruption of approximately 10 minutes is expected. Label and manifest creation will be temporarily unavailable while the updates are applied. This affects Royal Mail (direct contract) and Parcelforce (direct contract).
The new features will not go live during the deployment. They will only become available once enabled via feature flag activation after the deployment, so no changes take effect ahead of the scheduled date.
