EVRi is carrying out planned IT maintenance on their systems. Sendcloud customers shipping with EVRi may be unable to create shipments, labels, or returns during the maintenance window. Service is expected to resume as normal once the window ends.

During this window, the following may be affected:

• EVRi Routing API

• EVRi Hosted Batch File processing will not run

• EVRi Client Self-Serve Portal label requests unavailable

• Evri.com website outbound order/returns booking unavailable

• ParcelShop/Locker diversion creation unavailable (existing diversions still visible)
